PROUD SUPPORTER PROGRAM

Officers

Chapter 776 is a 501 (c) (19) tax-exempt entity of the Military Order of the Purple Heart U.S.A., Inc. (MOPH), which was founded in 1932 and chartered by the Congress of the United States in 1958. 
Chapter 776's charitable endeavors include the Citrus County Veterans Foundation, the Aaron A. Weaver Chapter 776 Central Florida Community College Endowed Scholarship and the Purple Heart Service Foundation.  Community activities include the chapter's annual Purple Heart Commemorative Ceremony, MOPH leadership medals for local Junior ROTC cadets, and recognition of local individuals and organizations for their support of area veterans and the MOPH.
 
Chapter 776's Proud Supporter program has three participation tiers---Gold, Purple and White. 
The Gold Tier is a donation of $500 or more, Purple Tier $250 to $499 and White Tier $100 to $249. 
Gold supporters receive a plaque and U.S. Flag and pole set; Purple supporters a plaque and Purple Heart coffee mug; and White supporters a plaque. 
Additionally, all supporters receive a Proud Supporter decal and have their names listed in the chapter's bimonthly newsletter and on its web site located at www. citruspurpleheart.org.
